Zachary Michael Marshall was born in November of 1979 in Indianapolis, Indiana. After spending the first sixteen years of his life in Indiana, he moved to Birmingham, Alabama, and then spent nearly eleven years in and around Nashville, Tennessee. After graduating from Middle Tennessee State University, he moved to Washington, D.C. where he works on Capitol Hill.
