Barbara DeHart-Titone A.A., CADC is an Addiciton Counselor, Parenting and Life Mentor, Educator , Public Speaker and Trainer. Currently Directs and facilitates Recovery Education For Family (REFF) a NFP Charitable Organization offering programs working with families in the community. Barbara and Nana raised her daughters and grandchildren in the extended family until Nana moved to her new home.
