After the shock death of my father at the age of 62 my husband and I decided we would take every opportunity that came our way, we gave away all our possessions and left Bathurst to move to Hervey Bay, from there the opportunity came to join my husband on the highway in the world of interstate trucking, we lived in a B Double truck for 4 years working as a team, it had it's moments!! This book is a snippet of how we got there, how we lived and our marriage survived in a confined space to everyone else's amazement, there are stories in here from my perspective, the lighter side of our journey, some funny moments that both men and women can relate too, it can be done, you just got to have a sense of humor and some guts!
