Kristina Johnson has been traveling her whole life and has visited over 35 countries. She credits her passion for food and her intrepid spirit to her constantly curious mother and to a trip to Mexico at age 16 when she found herself buying tacos through a train window. She also gives thanks to her extraordinary husband David who took her on her first trip to Europe, sparking her obsession with travel and with whom she has traveled around-the-world.
