In August 2011 I travelled via Air Kenya to Nairobi in order to embark on a fourteen day safari in a converted truck with the aim of getting a close encounter with the endangered highland mountain gorillas of the Parc National des Volcans in Rwanda. Along the way we'd be visiting some of the finest national parks that Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda had to offer. These are some of the photographs taken during that trip.
