    The Thinking Eye aims to advance knowledge of the visual arts’ impact on cognitive development, creative thought and wellbeing. The Thinking Eye was founded by visual artist and neuropsychologist Janneke van Leeuwen, who develops its training and research programmes in close collaboration with international experts in art education and social neuroscience. Van Leeuwen holds both facilitator and trainer qualifications in the VTS method and is running workshops for the VTS organisation in America, The Photographers’ Gallery in London, The British Psychological Society and various independent visual art initiatives internationally.
