About

Having had an interest in photography and the arts since the age of 7, Natalie finally completed a BA in photography at London College of Communication in 2010. She has had work selected and exhibited at Host Gallery, London, University of the Arts, Southbank Centre and recently achieved the final short listed for The Taylor Wessing and Bar Tur awards.
Her work is mainly concerned with social and environmental issues and investigates the way in which humans relate to and with the environment and with each other. The increasing disconnection of man from nature along with the impact of the exploitation and domination of nature are explored within much of her work. The power of the photographic image and in particular the history and language of landscape photography and painting are key considerations within her work. The landscape and its potential to address these issues continues to be focus for new work.
