About the Book
Sel et Poivre means Salt et Pepper: It is my philosophy of cooking: Simple seasonings, fresh ingredients and cooking techniques can elevate your dishes to new levels. I am a dedicated home cook, self-taught private chef, wine connoisseur and passionate advocate of authenticity and simplicity in the food and wine world. This cookbook was inspired by my childhood, classic French cuisine and international travel. Each dish was prepared, plated, photographed, tasted, shared, approved in my home kitchen and finally paired with some of my favorite wines.
