About the Book
“The Call of Cthulhu” is a short story written by American author H. P. Lovecraft. It was first put to paper in the summer of 1926 and published in Weird Tales magazine in 1928. Upon discovering the notes of his late granduncle a man is pulled into a conspiracy involving an ancient god and its violent followers. Exploring themes of madness, religious hysteria, and cosmic horror, “The Call of Cthulhu” is Lovecraft’s most iconic and well known work.
