About the Creator
Ward Russell

Ward Russell, award winning Cinematographer/Photographer, adapts his Hollywood art to the world of fine art photography. He adapts the story telling of movies into the “momentary truth of people in time and space” of the still photograph. Ward currently lives with his wife, Mary Cay, in Santa Fe, New Mexico where they own and run WARD RUSSELL Gallery of Photography. His still photography keeps him busy investigating lands and cultures around the world and filling his gallery with his photographic art.
