Following poor health and digestive issues I stopped eating sugar, yeast and gluten in 2012 as part of an elimination diet. I quickly realised sugar and gluten were a big part of the problem as soon as I reintroduced I would feel unwell again. I’ve been dairy intolerant for years and was frustrated that there were no recipes, or very few sweet or convenience foods that were gluten, dairy,sugar and yeast free. So I started experimenting and it became books, and articles in magazines. This combined beautifully with my Personal Training, and Children’s Fitness and more recently with my Pre and Post Natal and Menopause Health. It became a way of life. Personal Training. Gluten, Dairy, Yeast, Sugar and Wheat free cooking and living.
