      About the Book

      Edit

Twenty-four teenagers banded together to win a football premiership and the spirit they inspired transformed them into a brotherhood and then, over the next fifty years, that spirit turned each one into a superhero who made the world a better place.

A true story that took fifty years to make and to tell. A story that must be told and deserves to be read.

      Bryan Forby
      Adelaide South Australia

While his working career began as a high school teacher he didn’t stay long in the trade. He ventured into sports administration – as General Manager of SA Swimming Association, West Torrens Football Club and Adelaide City Soccer Club – before jumping a fence one night, landing in a brand-new business venture – body corporate management – where he spent the next thirty-three years as the General Manager of five different firms in four different states. Bryan has travelled the world from bottom to top and from the Pacific to the Indian and then the Atlantic Oceans. He has spent some time on nearly every continent and has been living most recently in a quaint little Medieval village on the top of a hill just outside Rome where he has written three non-fiction books. Bryan’s adventures have been captured in an autobiography LIFE OF BRYAN available for purchase on www.blurb.com
