About the Book
If we are going to build a thriving future for all, then we must make sure that we bring in voices that historically have been left out of the conversation.
As an immigrant, I learned that the American Dream was not just owning a home, having a successful career or a roaring business. It means freedom, mutual respect and equality of opportunity, for all!
When James Truslow Adams popularized the expression, American Dream, in his book ‘The Epic of America,” he wrote that “it is not a dream of motor cars and high wages merely, but a dream of a social order in which each man and each woman shall be able to attain to the fullest stature of which they are innately capable, and recognized by others for what they are.”
Equal opportunity to all people.
The American dream is a trajectory to a promising future. And that future is written with multicultural ink. That is the reason I decided to write Cultura for all!
