Katherine Rosback is a highly skilled and internationally recognized expert facilitator. She has her BS in Chemical Engineering and a Masters in Organizational Communication. She has been facilitating strategic planning retreats, technical problem-solving meetings, and other organizational issues for over 20 years, She is known for helping technical groups reframe old problems that, through her skillful means of weaving together the various opinions and perspectives present, helps the group discover and own their answer. Katherine's advanced facilitation workshop has been taught throughout the US and in 7 other countries including China, Norway, and Canada to highly technical groups, capital project managers, asset team leads, corporate strategic planning facilitators, and not-for-profit leaders.
