About

The love of the outdoors and the American Southwest was instilled in me by my grandparents and parents as well as the environmental influence of growing up in, and living in, small western towns throughout my life.

My love of photography was influenced by Arizona Highways of the 1960’s and the great photographic talent the magazine showcased; I still remember the emotional impact of the work of Ray Manley and David Meunch.

Juried with both the Wickenburg Art Club and the Arizona Art Alliance, I have achieved some recognition from Arizona Highways Magazine, Arizona Highways Photography Workshops, New Mexico Magazine and the “Share the Experience” photography contest sponsored by the Department of Interior: National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management, and National Forest Service. I’ve also achieved recognition from Photographer’s Forum Magazine
