About

Devon Eileen Sioui is self-taught mixed media visual artist and writer. Using a variety of mediums both traditional and non-conventional mediums, she has created a vast body of work comprised of abstract paintings and drawings; selling hundreds of her pieces to both private and public collections throughout the US & Canada.

In 2014 she was co-recipient of the OAC Aboriginal Projects Grant for her work with The Braille Project, an abstract tactile braille painting series alongside author, poet, braille-transcriber & sister-in-law Faye Harnest.

Her work has been featured in The Four Poets, MISC Magazine, Idea Couture, ti-TCR, Echolocation Magazine, and 1LOVETO. Some of her larger paintings can be found on permanent display in various locations in North America including Ontario, New York, Virginia, and Washington. 

She lives in Guelph, Ontario with her dog, cat, husband Adam, and son Marlo Maze.
