About the Book
The first ingredient for optimal health is what we eat. Healthy eating can be a challenge in our busy world where it is far too easy to drive through a restaurant and pick up a meal that will satisfy our spouse and kids. Problem is, and we all know it, that these cheap, fast meals wreck havoc on our waistlines and our internal health. That is why I designed the recipes in this book, to help busy moms make quick, clean, healthy, hearty meals that will take less than 20 minutes to throw together. I say throw together, because that is literally what you will do. The recipes are a variety of healthy ingredients thrown together in a bowl to constitute a meal that the entire family will enjoy.
