About the Book
Lukas Drake’s Unfinished Book of Funny Stories is a hilarious book split into two parts: the first is a memoir about his past, and childhood growing up in the Canadian wilderness and second is a compilation of some of his published satirical stories for sites such as McSweeney's, Feathertale, and AbsurdNews.
Lukas Drake was a standup comedian who performed in five different countries and a visual effects artist for movies and commercials. He died in a cycling accident while trying to conquer Vancouver's Triple Crown Challenge (riding up all three North Shore mountains in a single day) on July 30, 2017 at 41 years of age.
The profits of the book will be donated to the Triple Crown for Heart Association to help the BC Children Hospital Foundation.
