A great food awakening has hit American fine dining restaurants transforming the traditional to nontraditional mixing Asian and American together. Being transplanted from her home Seoul in South Korea to California, USA and ultimately in Pittsburgh PA, USA, Rana wanted to bring home with her wherever she was. She did so by creating this beautiful book singlehandedly, from preparing each recipe to the finite details of styling each plate to personally photographing her gastronomic creations.
