I have self published this cook book with guidelines of how to look after your health if you are suffering with hormones, especially around your menopause. I am passionate about cooking fresh ingredients and show you how to make simple easy recipes that will nourish your hormones and help you to feel less sluggish, bloated and full of energy. There are lots of tips and a glossary on all hormones, so you understand what part they play and to help you rebalance them.
