About the Book
This is a sequel to my East and West project. It introduces some new locales and new world folks to meet. These images again show that whether we are working, playing or just "hanging around", there are far more similarities among us than differences between us.

My photography dates from the late 1940s when I started developing 127 film from my Kodak "Baby Brownie" box camera. After learning darkroom skills from a professional photographer during college days in the late 1950s, there was a long hiatus when my focus was on family and career. My consulting work and a second teaching career required extensive travel and a camera of some sort was always with me. I came to favor so-called “street photography”, because I believe that it is people that define a nation or region, not land, buildings, monuments, economic condition or political systems.
