I have been in the Health and Fitness industry since 1990. I am the owner of SK-Life Fitness, which is a private studio in Goffs Oak, Hertfordshire where I specialise in Hormone Rebalancing. I am a Personal Trainer, Holistic Health Nutrition Practitioner and Reiki Healer. I also run Cookery Demonstrations and a Healthy Eating Supper Club, where I create my own recipes and I blog and share my knowledge through social media. I help my clients achieve a positive lifestyle change in their physical and emotion well-being, regardless of their weight, age, fitness levels, health problems etc.
