About the Book
Photographically speaking, I’ve managed to accomplish a lot over the past year. I’ve traveled westward to mountainous Colorado, voyaged eastward to nautical New England, studied numerous night skies and treaded trails galore. From D.C. to N.Y.C., from places ordinary to extraordinary, I’ve been consistently inspired as a photographer and as a person by the images I’ve made and the people I’ve met. I’ve scoured local parks, downtown hubs, and countless neighborhoods in search of the perfect photograph, all while amassing a portfolio of which I am proud and pursuing a passion that has become a huge part of my life.
This 365-day commitment forced me to try anything and everything, no matter how weird, tricky, simple, or mundane. It wasn’t always easy – in fact, some days it felt downright impossible – but the results have only encouraged me to keep developing my skills.
So, this is a peek into the past year of my life, one photograph at a time.
